Valve sacks or valve bags provide the perfect packaging solution for high speed filling of powdered products whilst maintaining a dust free working environment.
Available in Polythene, Paper or Woven Polypropylene, valve sacks can be used for many products from dyes to foodstuffs. Once filled they form a solid block which makes them easily stackable on the pallet.

Ground strength

The installation place must keep the ground flat and have enough bearing pressure. The foundation should not conduct vibrations generated during operation. The permissible ground load must not be lower than 25000 N/m2

Environment temperature

The equipment should not be installed outdoors! The ambient temperature in production halls and warehouses must be between 18 °C and 40 °C!

 

2.Specification of electrical equipment and requirements

Products manufactured by Seller are designed for three-phase power supply (with the three phases L1, L2, L3) with a combined neutral and protective earth conductor (TN network), with separate neutral and protective earth conductors (TT network) and with an isolated network (IT network). For the last version (IT network), a transformer is absolutely necessary and has to be provided by the customer/plant operator or ordered separately from Seller (not included in Seller’s standard scope of supply).

Voltage between two live conductors is 400V, frequency is 50Hz, voltage between a live conductor and the neutral conductor is 230V.

Admissible variations: voltage ±10%, frequency ±2%.The neutral conductor must be fully loadable (100%).The earthing resistance for the above networks must be less than 2 ohms.
